Hina Branah Pendle, Ph.D. is a founding principal of Us Partners. Hina has been an organizational consultant for over 25 years. She developed "Unifying Systems", technologies for designing organizations that are Working Smarter Naturally. Her focus is aligning an organization's culture with their business strategies, expanding capacity for proficiency through collaborative working relationships at all levels.
Dr. Pendle brings a broad range of experience with her. She began her business career in the "Garment Center" in New York in 1964 and went on to earn a doctorate in Organizational Development and Transformation. Today, she works with manufacturing, high technology and service organizations designing and implementing strategies for organizational evolution.
