Tina Lindhard, Ph.D., earned her doctorate in Consciousness Studies at International University of Professional Studies (IUPS), her Masters in Transpersonal Psychology at Sofia University (ITP) and her undergraduate degree in Research Psychology at Cape Town University.  She has spent the last twenty years working with the philosopher and yogi Srinivas Arka and is a teacher of his method Arka Dhyana, also known as Intuitive Meditation (IM) and the philosophy behind it. She has also started a research program into Arka´s Theory of the 6 Main Levels of Consciousness. Her areas of interest include research into consciousness with a particular focus on the heart and the role of the heart in somatogenesis, meditation and peace as an inner experience.

Dr. Lindhard is the acting President of the non-profit organization CCASpain and the Chair of Consciousness Research, at CICA International, a scientific foundation involved in research into consciousness, violence, conflict and peace. She is interested in mentoring students in the area of consciousness studies, heart-based meditation methods and the role of the heart in somatogenesis and emotions. She mentors both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking students.
