
Tina Lindhard, Ph.D. is a yogini, researcher, and therapist specializing in craniosacral, emotional, and transpersonal therapy. She has dedicated most of her life to studying consciousness and its connection to the heart. For nearly 30 years, she has worked closely with the yogi and philosopher Srinivas Arka, practicing, teaching, and researching his heart-based meditation method, Arka Dhyana, or Intuitive Meditation.
Tina's interests also include morphogenesis, the process by which Spirit manifests in material form through heart pulsations, as well as women's consciousness, centering around when we lived in matrifocal societies during the upper Paleolithic period. Metaphysics, especially the understanding presented in the Indian sacred texts, is another of her passions. Her many publications can be found on ResearchGate and Academia.edu.
Throughout her career, Tina has focused on raising conscious awareness through education, health, and inner well-being. Tina serves as President of CCASpain and as Chair of Consciousness Research at CICA International, contributing to global efforts in peace, awareness, and consciousness. She mentors both English and Spanish-speaking students. She teaches in English and Spanish. She has been a keynote speaker at various conferences and has been interviewed by Sand.
