Marion Moss Hubbard, Ph.D., is a transpersonal consultant who specializes in the dynamics of workplace change. In her consulting practice, Heroic Journey Consulting, (www.heroicjourney.com) she works with clients to help them move through their process of change with greater clarity and ease. She has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and organizations on personal and professional growth related issues. She has an innate understanding of people. Through the years she has developed an in-depth understanding about techniques that work when facilitating change efforts for individuals and businesses.
She has a breadth of experience in working with organizations including federal, state and local government, non-profit organizations, social service agencies, entrepreneurs, start-up companies, large corporations, legal and hi-tech fields, and customer service. She has helped synthesize complex information across systems and develop strategies to effectively address the people issues involved in improving systems.
Marion also works with individuals who are committed to personal growth and their process of change. Her focus is on helping them more fully into their natural internal wisdom. She draws on a variety of modalities to assist people deprogram old patterns, clear past traumas, and release energy blocks that keep them from fulfilling their goals and vision. Some of those modalities include Reiki, Bioenergetics, Holotropic Breathing, Hakomi, Physio-Emotional Release Work, Rebirthing, Voice Dialogue, Kinesiology, Lucid Dreaming, Life Purpose Mapping, Inner Child Nurturing, Shamanic Journeying, and Guided Imagery.
She has conducted hundreds of training classes and workshops focused on professional and personal development topics and leadership training. Marion received her BS with honors in Advertising Communications from the University of Texas and her Masters and Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies from the International University of Professional Studies (IUPS).
She is currently a faculty member at IUPS and is a member of the Association for Humanistic Psychology (AHP) and the Association for Transpersonal Psychology (ATP). She is also a Certified Servant Leader who is dedicated to developing leaders who not only espouse ethics and integrity, also embody these values in their day-to-day business relationships.
She has authored and published books, including Work as a Heroic Journey and Removing Your Mask, training manuals including Positive Ways to Work with Difficult People, and an audio tape, Lucid Dreaming: Meditations to Cultivate Your Field of Dreams..
