Step 2: Prepare Your Personal Portfolio

Your Personal Portfolio helps us understand your prior learning, life experience, and professional background so we can design a customized study plan for you. Please review the Instructions for Preparing Your Personal Portfolio.
Tip: 7 Secrets for an Effective Portfolio and the Sample Personal Portfolio will to help you organize and present your information clearly and concisely.
Step 3: Send Your Transcripts
→ Ask all previously attended colleges/universities to send official transcripts directly to university@iups.edu, or by mail to:

Step 4: Submit Your Application Package
→ Send in all of your materials via the online forms and/or email (university@iups.edu)

Our Admissions Committee will review your full application and portfolio in detail. If accepted, the Committee will create a customized study plan designed around your experience and goals. You will be actively involved in shaping your curriculum — ensuring that your education at IUPS reflects your unique path and purpose. The Committee will also pair your with a personal mentor. You will have the opportunity to have an initial call or virtual meeting with your mentor to make sure that you are a good fit.
