A Four-Part Series presented by the International University of Professional Studies (IUPS) with Alessandra Colfi, PhD, RYT-200, ZIN® Discover the healing power of movement and mindfulness. Inspired by the phoenix—symbol of renewal and resilience—this gentle yoga and meditation series offers tools to restore balance, reduce stress, and nurture mind-body awareness. Participants will learn guided breathing, safe postures, and relaxation techniques that support well-being and emotional healing, especially for those navigating life’s challenges or recovery from illness.
